Our Honduran bean is our versatile option that is very mild regarding its flavor profile and mouth feel. This is meant to be a straightforward and simple cup of coffee for the every day sipper. Sometimes we just want coffee without being bothered with all the complexities of citrus, fruits, acidity, and the wheel of notes that accompany some coffees. If you generally like darker coffees, this would be our recommendation, because it tastes smooth with a little sweetness, yet strong without being acidic or pungent. It is a robust earthy coffee that gives a much stronger cup than you may expect. This makes a phenomenal cold brew but can honestly be brewed any method; legit it is a very versatile bean.
