Cascara is a coffee cherry tea that is made from the dried cherries of the coffee tree. They are filled with natural sugars, vitamins, oils, and antioxidants from the skin and pulp of the coffee cherry.
Our recommendation for brewing is 18g of casacara to 3 cups of water at 200 degrees. Let the cascara steep for 4-6 minutes. Adjust the ratios to your taste preference. You can also make a cold brew casacara for your enjoyment as well!
