Our family started Derek Sips because we love the beautiful story, history, and complex flavors of coffee. Coffee introduces people to communities and cultures. ABOUT DEREK SIPS
Our Story
Pamela and I have been married since 2009. We met at church in Tempe and have been enjoying the ups and downs of life ever since. In 2012, we welcomed our first kids, twin boys, then 2014 another son, then 2016 our daughter, and yes...2018, our LAST son. ;)
Our online store began with my fascination and love of coffee. In 2012, I began roasting coffee because of multiple friends who claimed fresh roasted beans make a more flavorful cup. Well...they were right, over the years I have found my favorite cups of coffee are typically the ones we make in our home.
My aim is to give you the same experience. I guarantee your coffee will be fresh roasted to ensure flavor and quality! The beans will always come whole so you can grind at home based on your brewing preferences.
